Products & Specifications
What is the difference between Pod models?
The range is designed to suit different environmental and landscape needs:
- Loop Pod: Our signature collaborative setting, perfect for open areas.
- Breeze Pod: Features a breathable design, often with hardwood timber and a half-skirt for natural ventilation.
- Shelter Pod: Features a thermal efficient exterior and recycled timber interior, providing a robust, weather resistant sanctuary
Solar Lighting and Panel is available as an add on for Breeze and Shelter Pods, allowing the Pods to be lit extending the use from day to night.
Are Loop Pods DDA compliant?
Yes. Loop Pod is designed to support inclusive public space outcomes. Accessible configurations are available across our entire range and are engineered to integrate seamlessly with no additional ramps or complex site modifications required.
Customers can specify their accessibility requirements when placing an order. Each Pod can be configured with integrated accessible seating, featuring a shortened tabletop and modified floor frame. Simply indicate “DDA-Compliant Variant Required” in your order request or project brief to ensure your Pods are manufactured accordingly.
Are Loop Pods customisable?
Loop Pods are a ready-made solution that are build ready to go.
However, we do provide a range of customisable options to fit to your requirements. Talk to our team today to chat about your ideas.

Ordering and Logistics
What is your minimum order quantity?
To maintain consistent quality and cost efficiency, our standard orders typically start from five units. However, we can often accommodate smaller quantities by including them within our scheduled production runs. Please contact our team to discuss your specific project timelines.
What is the Product Delivery Process?
The Loop Pod range is supported by a streamlined delivery process including:
- Specification support for tenders and documentation
- Flexible installation across multiple surface types
- Reliable manufacturing and supply timelines
- Ongoing support for installation and integration
Loop Pods are able to be delivered across Australia. Installation can be organised via your own onsite team or via a third party installation contractor.
What are the typical lead times?
Because we manufacture locally, we can offer reduced lead times and lower supply risk compared to overseas products. Lead times vary based on our batch production schedule, but we pride ourselves on providing reliable, transparent timelines from the moment you order.
Installation and Maintenance
How are Pods installed?
Loop Pods are engineered for a fast and non-invasive installation process, ensuring they can be integrated into your project with minimal disruption. Our system is designed to be:
- Simple to Install: The streamlined process significantly reduces on-site labour time and associated construction costs.
- Securely Anchored: We utilise a concealed anchoring system that provides a clean, vandal-resistant finish while ensuring the structure is firmly fixed to the ground.
- Highly Flexible: Pods are relocatable, allowing for flexible site planning should your space requirements change in the future.
- Surface Versatile: The design allows for secure installation across multiple surface types, from concrete slabs to paved urban environments.
How are Loop Pods maintained?
Our Pods are built for Australian conditions using durable materials like hardwood timbers and impact resistant exteriors.
They require minimal maintenance; however, we provide specific care instructions for different finishes to ensure your installation looks its best for years to come.
Are Loop Pods relocatable?
Yes. The secure anchoring system allows for the pods to be moved to other locations.
